This is Vallejo...

Imagine this land redeveloped, revitalized, and thriving as a cinema entertainment center.

This 12+ acres of land was previously a shopping plaza.  Located on a main boulevard/highway.  The buildings were demolished nearly 20 years ago and is currently fenced off, overgrown, and occupied by a homeless encampment.  We've reimagined this property as a prime location for year round family fun.

This is Vallejo...

Imagine this brownfield land redeveloped, revitalized, and thriving as a market hall/marketplace.

Previously a Mare Island Vallejo Naval Shipyard Administrative Building.  The naval base closed in 1996 and this building, which sits on historic land in a beautiful location, is currently occupied by squatters and vandals.  We've reimagined this property as a ‘destination’ artisan market hall/marketplace.

This is Vallejo...

Imagine this land reused, renewed, and thriving as a site for hospitality — a lodge and supperclub.

Previously the Mare Island Vallejo Golf Course, which sits on historic land, has been closed and fenced off since early 2019.  We've reimagined this secluded property as a ‘destination’ with five star lodging and an esteemed supperclub that is just a few miles from the Wine Country.

Opportunity Zones

The Opportunity Zone Program was enacted in the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act.

An economic development tool designed to spur economic development and job creation in distressed communities.  Twelve percent of US census tracts are qualified opportunity zones (8,762 tracts).  With 879 in California The designated zones have lower incomes, higher poverty rates, and higher unemployment rates than eligible non-designated tracts.  By creating investor opportunities with incentives for radical tax breaks, it impacts and builds back the communities and people that need it most.  Before actively investing in qualified opportunity zone businesses (OZB) and opportunities in the pipeline, click below to learn more.
